A surprise for Daddy.

Shhhh. If you know this little one, be sure to keep it a secret. She and her mommy came in for a session for daddy’s Christmas present. Daddy’s little girl sure is sweet.

 

 

 

 

Waiting for baby . . .

Can’t wait to meet this little one. Anyone whose mom buys him a rockstar cap before he is born is destined to be cool!

 

Pettiskirts!

Not to diminish the cuteness of my little model, because she is pretty darn cute, but I was delighted to finally get an opportunity to try out my new pettiskirts this morning! I love them, so flowy and fun to photograph.

This little gal came in for her two year portraits and we had lots of fun trying on pettiskirts and using my fun parasol umbrellas!

 

 

Fall Color. Family Fun.

What a fun session. These kids were as fun and well behaved as they are cute! I first met this family in the spring when mom brought the little one in for her first birthday portraits. It was cold and a little rainy but we managed to get some super cute portraits including one of my all time favorites. You can see it here. Fast forward to this weekend and the whole family came out for portraits.

Another fun senior. We found some great fall color and I had a lot of fun shooting in a new location!

At the cider mill . . .

This family recommended we do our session at the Parshallville Cider Mill near Fenton. It is a lovely old working grist and cider mill. The image on their website with the really long line is no exaggeration. The line was long and winding. I guess their cider and donuts are fabulous! At least they smelled fabulous. I hope to go back soon with my family to enjoy the scenery, live music and maybe some hot cider.

It was also a great location to photograph this little cutie. It was cold but she didn’t seem to  mind because there were lots of beautiful leaves and rocks to keep her attention!

Twins, Twins & More Twins!

This is the first set of twin boys I photographed this weekend . . . moms and dads of twins (especially twin boys) are amazing!
